At VIBE Yoga, we believe in a state of balance.

On days when you want to push yourself to your limits, get your fix in our YOGA x HIIT classes.

Other days, when you just want to find comfort in grounding your feet and reconnecting with your breath, join us for an hour of vinyasa flow or stretch in yin yang YOGA classes.

Be it pushing past your comfort zones or finding intention in your practice, our doors are always open for you here at VIBE. All you have to do is to simply show up on the mat.

It’s double the trouble in this Yoga HIIT class as we bring the focus on working on sculpting your arms and legs. Get that lean toned physique in this targeted session which aims to burn, not bulk. So come get your heart rate up and get yourself toned!

Run Baby Run

vibe HIIT flow

Yoga


Backbends Flow

This energizing & rejuvenating flow class works on strengthening and increasing mobility in the spine, hips and shoulders to allow access to deeper heart-opening asanas. No pre-flexibility required, just a willing body and an open heart.

Vinyasa Flow

VIBE 101

This is a specially curated session that will run workshop-style, giving you a chance to work and build on specific poses. We don't often get to focus and refine a particular pose that seems to elude us. With VIBE 101, class size will be kept small and intimate, so you will receive maximum attention and interaction with the teacher.

Yin Yang

This yoga class is a perfect blend of deep stretches (yin) and dynamic moves (yang). A slower paced class with more emphasis placed on correcting posture and alignment.

ZEN OUT

Get on the mat for some pure, blissful stretch. Work hard, but also learn to relax your muscles and stretch for better workout performance. Perfect complement to our HIIT classes. Poses will be held between 1 to 5 minutes.

First timer guide


How to book a mat

1. Click on the link above to book a mat via MindBody.

2. Create an account if you don't already have one.

3. Select the class you wish to attend, book your mat and register as UNPAID.

4. Make payment before the day of your first session to secure your mat reservation. We accept payment through GrabPay and PayNow. Please email us a screenshot of your transaction when you have done so! Payment QR codes here.

IN-STUDIO trial: 2CC for $30
VIRTUAL trial: 1CC for $8
*Trial rates are strictly for first timers to the studio.

IN-STUDIO CLASSES
5. On the day of your class, do aim to arrive at the studio at least 10mins before class so you have time to find us, climb up the stairs (5 floors!) and settle down for class. Get directions here.

VIRTUAL CLASSES
5. If payment has been made, the Zoom link will be emailed to you 15-20mins before class starts. Learn more about virtual classes here.

What to bring

We provide mats, water dispenser and we have one shower space. Shoes are not needed for class.

Please bring your own towel and water bottle.


New to Yoga / Hiit

For total newbies to yoga / HIIT, we suggest to start out with Core Crunch to get familiar with the movements before moving onto more faster paced classes like Run Baby Run or VIBE HIIT Flow.

Our instructors will try their best to provide modifications and adjustments for everyone. Listen to your body and take the options best suited for yourself. There is no wrong or right, rest whenever you need to!

Please inform our instructors of any injuries/physical conditions before class starts.


Getting here

We are located at 39D North Canal Road (S)059295 above Moscano Enchanted Cafe and WeBarre. Be prepared to climb up 5 flights of stairs - it's your warm up!

There are bus stops located 5 mins walk away from the studio and we are a 2 mins walk away from Clarke Quay MRT Exit A (Hong Lim Park)! Raffles Place MRT is about 8 mins walk away.

If you are driving, limited street side parking is available around Boat Quay / Hong Kong Street / beside Kreta Ayer Police Post. Please factor in enough time for parking and walking to studio to avoid being late for class.

HOW ZOOM WORKS

Practice from the comfort of your own home! All you need is a yoga mat, some space and a device to access Zoom.

It will be two-way video conference so our teachers can see you and correct your alignment when needed. If you prefer not to turn on your video, we understand as well.

General tips:
Some students sign in to Zoom with two devices - one as a camera for teachers to view their alignment, and another as a device for the students to view the teacherOthers cast their device onto their TV to see the teachers more clearlyWe suggest wearing wireless earphones / connecting to a speaker to get the best experience
